This school year marks the the launch of West Oak Lane Charter School’s 20th Anniversary Celebration and we'd love if you would join us as we begin our year-long celebration of being a pillar in the community.
For 20 years, West Oak Lane Charter School (WOLCS) has educated and empowered students to become lifelong learners in the areas of science, technology and humanities by exposing them to innovative ways of teaching and learning, while preparing them for the challenges of the 21st century in a safe, structures and nurturing environment. Through our targeted academic curriculum and enrichment programs, our state-of-the-art facility, and a consistent focus on building professional excellence among our teaching staff, WOLCS maintains a singular commitment to closing the achievement gap for our students.

That's right, we will have a live Jazz band, catered holiday spread, student led tours and special guests to include: NBC10's Aundrea Cline-Thomas, WOLCS Co-Founders Congressman Dwight Evans and Sharmain Matlock-Turner, State Representative Isabella Fitzgerald, Councilwoman Cherelle Parker, and more!
